This is a great recipe to use in your cake pans when you are baking. Your cakes won’t stick to the pan.
1 cup of Vegetable Shortening
1 cup of Flour
1 cup of Vegetable Oil
Cream the Vegetable shortening for a minute and add the oil and the flour. Mix until completely smooth.
*You can store this in an airtight container for around 2 months at room temperature. It you live in a hot area, make sure your oil doesn’t smell bad, as oil can go rancid. I live in a humid area but I have AC running constantly.
