You can brush the bottoms of your macs with a little milk or simple syrup and it will speed up the maturing process. L. Mac
Put them in an air tight container around a shot glass, filled the shot glass with boiling water, put the lid on and let them sit for 10 minutes. Not sure if I saw it in this group or another. But the results were good. Looked like 16-20 macs in the container. K. Rodriguez
