Macarons for Beginners

  1. Buy an oven thermometer.
  2. Buy a kitchen scale.
  3. Make a half batch of macarons to save money until they come out correctly.
  4. Make sure meringue is nice and stiff. Hand mixer may take 35-40 minutes. Recommend using a Kitchen-Aid mixer.
