Q: Any easier way to fill these letter molds besides the piping bag? The chocolate keeps hardening at the tip and it’s frustrating. Shared by A. Bayless, FB Group Red Hot Bakers

A: Pour chocolate over the entire mold, drop the mold on the counter to get air bubbles out, and use a spatula to scrape off excess. Once it cools, pop the letters out. Shared by M.P. Anderson, FB Group Red Hot Bakers
